Winter Pics

Southcentral Alaska doesn't have extreme darkness like the Arctic--we only get down to about four and a half hours of daylight at Winter Solstice. But it has enough snow to be pretty. Here are some photos I took in my neighborhood this winter. Enjoy!

snowy scene with birch and spruce trees

snowy ground with moose leaving tracks

snowed-over pond and small spruce tree

frozen creek and snowy trees

winter sunset with tree silouette

May you have a lovely season too, whatever that means in your part of the world!
